2-15-2020, Lincoln Day Caucus, held at Borgens in Westby. We elected our Delegates, modified our local Constitution and By-Laws, and heard from candidates John Garske, Jessi Ebben, who are running for the US Congress 3rd District. Also Dan Kapanke, running for WI Senate, and Loren Oldenburg, 96th Assembly Incumbent. Many other speakers also shared their thoughts.
